All of our practices are informed by the most current research in psychological interventions. We focus on thoughtful psychoeducation and emotional literacy mixed media arts programming individually-tailored to your specific needs.

We provide a peaceful environment where we support you as you process complex feelings and use your authentic experiences to inspire creative expression through memoir writing, screenwriting, and mixed media arts business design.

Meet the Founder

Leah Bognanni (she, her) is a licensed certified social worker, licensed educator, and professional television and film screenwriter. She was born in South Korea, adopted, and raised by Italian Americans near Boston. She has a television show in development with Elevate Entertainment and has over ten years of experience shaping and facilitating creative expression programming. Under licensed independent clinical supervision, her practice is informed by narrative therapy, expressive arts therapy, motivational interviewing, TF-CBT, and DBT.
